  • UTTECH is not responsible for any data loss.
  • Customer authorizes the repair and device opening.
  • Water resistance is not guaranteed after repair.
  • Devices not claimed after 30 days may incur storage fees. After 3 months UTTECH will consider the device as abandoned and is not responsible for the device integrity.
  • Service warranty: 30 days (unless otherwise specified).
  • All diagnostics are free ONLY if UTTECH does the repair of the device.
  • The screen replacement warranty is not valid if the screen is scratched, wet or cracked.
